Helen Macdonald has been teaching since 1983; with experience in designing
and delivering training from introductory to postgraduate level, and delivering workshops and 'one-off' sessions for health and social care
professionals working in various contexts.
Specialist areas include particularly Pain Management;
Motivational Interviewing,
Return to work and vocational rehabilitation
as well as anxiety disorders and common adult mental health problems.
